Robert Ireland

(503) 523-0644

Rob is a sixth generation Oregonian who grew up working on his family’s dairy farm feeding baby calves, milking cows, and raising forage crops.  After high school he attended college on an ROTC scholarship before entering the U.S. Air Force in 1994 as an engineer. While serving, Rob helped develop new laser technology for the warfighter and deployed into combat during Operation United Shield in Mogadishu Somalia. In 1997 he was selected to attend law school and became an assistant Judge Advocate General (JAG) at Los Angeles Air Station in 2000.

After coming home from military service in 2002, Rob founded a law firm specializing in matters involving patents, trademarks, and complex litigation. In 2019 he started a photonic research company that developed antibacterial phototherapy irradiators for veterinarian use. Now he takes his collective scientific and legal experience and applies it to product liability, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases. When not busy at work Rob volunteers, enjoys fishing, and does his best to keep up with his amazing son and daughter.
