Eric Waxler
Eric Waxler is a personal injury attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in civil litigation. Over the course of his career, he has handled a wide range of complex cases and developed a deep understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims.
Earlier in his career, Eric represented insurance companies and defendants in personal injury litigation. That experience now gives him a strategic advantage when advocating for injured clients. He understands how insurers assess risk, how they value claims, and the tactics often used to minimize payouts. Today, he uses that insight to help his clients pursue the full compensation they deserve.
Eric focuses his practice on helping people who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions and other serious accidents. He guides clients through every stage of the legal process—from the initial investigation through settlement or trial—so they can focus on recovery while he handles the legal complexities.
Known for his practical approach and clear communication, Eric works closely with each client to understand their circumstances and develop a strategy tailored to their goals. His priority is ensuring that clients feel informed, supported, and confident as their case moves forward.
Eric has spent more than two decades litigating cases in state courts and negotiating with insurance carriers throughout the region. His experience on both sides of the courtroom allows him to anticipate challenges and advocate effectively for those he represents.
Outside of his legal practice, Eric enjoys hiking, going to the gym and traveling internationally.
